Collage Play Workshop – Sunday 7th December, 2025

10am – 4pm | Held at Sarah Hickey’s home studio

Join me for a day of creative play, inspiration, and connection in the relaxed and personal setting of my home. We’ll begin the morning with a tour of my studio, where you can peek behind the scenes at works in progress and explore the vintage imagery I’ve collected over the years.

You’ll then create your own collage compositions—playful, experimental, and entirely unique. If you have special imagery or a project in mind, feel free to bring your own materials to make your work truly personal. Once your collages take shape, I’ll show you how to transform them into line drawings, ready to be hand-coloured with watercolour, gouache, or coloured pencils. This process can even become the foundation for a painting.

Between making and creating, enjoy a delicious lunch, tea, and coffee. We’ll close the afternoon with bubbles on the verandah, raising a glass to our creative courage and the artworks we’ve made together.
